Return & Exchange Policy

We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your products and your satisfaction is very important to us! We don’t hold ourselves responsible for any delivery mishaps but will try our best to help you in all possible ways.


We allow cancellations within the first 24 hours of order placement on our website. Beyond that, any products once purchased cannot be returned because they are all handmade and customised for you specially. We will help you fix things on a case by case basis.


All customised product orders will first be shared with you in the form of an image and then dispatched on the confirmation.


We shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered. 


Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we make sure to never leave you disappointed.

Payments


We have payment gateway integrated in our website. Apart from that, we accept UPI and bank transfer as well.


Shipping

Our general timeline is 3-7 days for domestic orders and 8-14 days for international orders based on the product ordered. Once the order is processed on website. We get in touch with customer on Whatsapp. Once the product is ready and confirmed by customer. It will be shipped within 24-48 hours. and tracking details will be shared within 1-2 days.
